Director of the Child Protection Center of Zagreb Gordana Buljan Flander, Assoc. Prof., Ph.D., Psychologist and Psychotherapist and Domagoj Štimac, M.D., Psychiatrist and sub specialist in child and adolescent psychiatry, held a three day seminar in Budva from 5 to 7 December 2011, under the title: “Court-Appointed Experts’ Findings and Opinions”.
The Seminar was held in the organisation of OSCE (Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe, Mission to Montenegro), and the attendants were court employees, judges and state attorneys, as well as clinical psychologists and psychiatrists.
The focus of the seminar was the issue of child sexual abuse, recognizing the abuse, conducting the forensic interview and the criteria of credibility assessment of statements.
